The service

DigitalLifeMap helps you record and print an organized inventory of your digital accounts. It is an organizing tool. It does not create legal documents, does not store credentials, and does not transfer access to anyone.

Beta status

The service is provided free during a validation beta and may change, pause, or end. Limits today are 30 accounts and a 60-day editing window, after which your plan becomes read-only but remains viewable, printable and exportable.

Your responsibilities

Do not enter passwords, codes, seed phrases or other secrets into any field. Keep your printed plan physically secure once you have written anything sensitive on it. Keep your account credentials for this service safe, and keep your inventory current — an out-of-date map can be worse than none.

No legal or financial advice

Nothing in the product or its content library is legal, tax or financial advice. Laws on fiduciary access to digital assets vary by state and country. Consult a licensed attorney about your estate plan.

Third-party platforms

Access to your accounts is governed by each platform's own terms. A platform may limit, delay or refuse access to a person you designate, regardless of what your plan says. We do not act on your behalf with any provider.

Availability and liability

The beta is provided as is, without warranties, and we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service, from access your family is unable to obtain, or from information you chose to record or omit.

If we shut down

We will notify you and keep export available for a reasonable period. Your printed plan remains yours and remains complete.
